Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LAION medspa services. By engaging Laion Agency, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Laion provides AI-powered marketing, conversion, and retention systems specifically for med spas. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are detailed in your service agreement signed at engagement.

2. Payments

Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly retainers are billed in advance via credit card or bank transfer. Late payments incur a 5% monthly fee. Refunds are governed by your specific service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to required accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads, booking system), respond to questions within 48 hours, and review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframes. Project delays from client-side may extend timelines.

4. Performance Guarantees

Growth and Dominance tiers include milestone-based performance commitments detailed in your service agreement. If milestones are not met within agreed timeframes, Laion will continue working at no additional cost until milestones are achieved.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative work (websites, ad creative, content) produced for you becomes your property upon full payment. Laion retains the right to display work in our portfolio and case studies (anonymized if requested).

6. Limitation of Liability

Laion's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
